Another Option: Hybrid Meeting

Another option we can consider is the "hybrid" meeting - where people can participate and vote remotely, electronically. As you know, Wayland has a bill in the legislature seeking authorization to go this route.

My preferred option is to hold the meeting as usual, but then put the articles on a ballot to be voted on at the polls. I think this would be much easier to implement than electronic remote voting at the time of the meeting.

However, given that Wayland is already working on this, it may be more expedient to go the same route.
